Do I need professional nail experience?
Requirements depend on the role and location. Nail-professional positions generally require the applicable Arizona license and demonstrated service skill; guest-experience and support roles may draw on hospitality, retail, operations, or creative experience.
Can I apply to more than one location?
Yes. Choose the best initial location in the form and mention any additional locations or commute preferences in your experience note.
Can I apply for a coming-soon salon?
Yes. Goodyear, Van Buren, and Laveen Village are included so future teams can begin building before opening.
Should I include a portfolio?
For technical and creative roles, a portfolio, website, or public social profile is helpful. It gives the team a clearer sense of your craft and style.
Who makes the hiring decision?
Employment decisions are made by the company or independent franchise operator responsible for the applicable Element salon.
